Yes the dealer can get small amounts of OEM paint. Most don't because of the expense in shipping small quantities. I had a paint shop match when I needed paint, same 96 Yellow, for a full front fender project. We could not find the paint code provided by the dealer in the paint code books, a year ago. Max
